Angelina Jolie's 20m Oscars

Angelina Jolie will wear a $20 million necklace to the Oscars.

The 'Changeling' star has reportedly visited several jewellers in New York to find dazzling gems to wear to the glitzy event on Sunday (22.02.09).

A source told America's OK! magazine: "She's been driving all of the high-end jewellers of New York crazy. She's looking for the impossible - a drop dead gorgeous $20 million diamond necklace to wear to the Oscars."

Angelina is nominated for Best Actress for her role in 'Changeling' but is particularly keen to look her best in case she runs into her love rival - partner Brad Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, who is also set to attend.

The insider added: "Angelina really wants it to be a show-stopper and is making sure that she is the one everyone has their eyes on this Sunday - and not Jennifer Aniston." Meanwhile, racing driver Danica Patrick says she wants Angelina to play her in a movie of her life because Jennifer is "too old".

The 26-year-old sports star said: "I've always said Angelina Jolie would be great at playing me because she's an action star.

"I don't think it would be age appropriate for Jennifer to do it. She's older than me!"

Angelina Jolie: Pregnancy 'Great for the Sex Life'

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been inspired in the bedroom by her pregnancy.

"It's great for the sex life," the actress, who is expecting twins, told Entertainment Weekly. "It just makes you a lot more creative. So you have fun, and as a woman you're just so round and full."

She also said that she and Pitt, her partner and the father of their four children, were surprised to learn they were having twins.

She also said that she and Pitt, her partner and the father of their four children, were surprised to learn they were having twins.

"It did shock us, and we jumped to six [children] quickly," she told the magazine.

Jolie also said that her doctor ordered her to stop lifting the kids, so the couple has "worked out a system where Brad just lifts them to me every time they want to come up. I just don't bend down. I'll scream, 'Honey!'' and he'll come running."

She holds no hard feelings toward her "Kung Fu Panda" co-star Jack Black, who revealed on national television that she was expecting twins.

"Poor Jack! Immediately when he saw Brad, he apologized. But we both told him very clearly that we had only waited because ... you wait until all results are in on their health, and that we were past that point and if somebody had asked me directly, I would have said yes."

So why haven't she and Pitt tied the knot?

"It's not a big intentional thing not to marry," Jolie said. "We immediately were a family when we became a couple, and children were the priority, and we're both legally committed to the children."

Pitt's most recent gift to Jolie? A gun-charm necklace designed by their son Maddox.

''Mad, our 6-year-old, draws lots of war scenarios,'' she explains. ''He's all into war and guns. So for Mother's Day he drew a machine gun, and Brad had it made into a necklace, which is really sweet. It's really cute. I think it's really good!''

If six kids become too much, Jolie and Pitt certainly have enough money to pay for more assistance. Jolie just took the third spot on Forbes' annual Celebrity 100 list, due to the $14 million she earned in the last 12-month period, and Pitt, who earned $10 million, is ranked tenth.

Entertainment Tonight’ Sticking With Report on Jolie’s Twins

Five days after “Entertainment Tonight” reported that Angelina Jolie had given birth to twins, it is starting to look more and more as if the syndicated show — which is on every weeknight, primarily on CBS affiliates — made a serious mistake.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at the Cannes Film Festival on May 20, about three months before her reported due date.

A law firm representing Ms. Jolie says that an impostor claiming to be the actress’s assistant misled some news organizations. According to Ms. Jolie’s camp, the birth report was false.

The law firm, Lavely & Singer, sent a letter of warning to roughly two dozen news media outlets on Monday.

“A random individual has engaged in a scheme to intentionally harm my client and deceive her fans, the public and the media through illegal and tortuous impersonation of Ms. Jolie’s longtime assistant, Holly,” the letter said.

The letter did not specifically mention “Entertainment Tonight,” but it seemed to be a response to its report.

For news organizations, many millions of dollars hinge on the pregnancy of Ms. Jolie, whose partner is the actor Brad Pitt. As most people know — or perhaps cannot avoid knowing — the couple has four children, three of them adopted, and is expecting twins this summer.

The first photographs of the twins will undoubtedly sell for seven figures, and online reports say that the bidding war is already well under way. News about the newborns will also drive viewers and readers to entertainment television shows, Web sites and magazines (as it apparently has already).

On Friday morning, after seeing a spike in Google search traffic about Ms. Jolie’s pregnancy, an “Entertainment Tonight” producer e-mailed a person she believed to be Ms. Jolie’s assistant. The person responded by BlackBerry, saying she had been in the room for the birth.

The ensuing “Entertainment Tonight” report, published online just before noon on Friday, was quickly picked up by The Associated Press and myriad other outlets, large and small. Publicists for the show circulated the story widely, complete with a requirement that other outlets must mention “tune in to ‘Entertainment Tonight.’ ”

Part of the surprise came from the fact that Ms. Jolie’s due date has widely been reported as Aug. 19, so the twins’ arrival, if true, would have meant that they were born very early.

The report prompted swift denials from Ms. Jolie’s representatives.

Despite everything, “Entertainment Tonight” is sticking to its story. “We are waiting to see how this story plays out,” Linda Bell Blue, the show’s veteran executive producer, said in a statement on Monday, which was repeated on Tuesday.

But sometime before Monday, the article was removed from the “Entertainment Tonight” Web site. The show’s spokeswoman would not comment on the decision to delete the record, and the show has not acknowledged the denials.

Although “Entertainment Tonight” pumps out light fare, it does have a respected place in the world of infotainment, so the apparent mistake left some analysts wondering about a risk to its reputation. Many tabloids have a history of rushing to press with flimsy stories that turn out to be fake, but “Entertainment Tonight” has historically acted with caution.

“Entertainment Tonight” is a moneymaker for the CBS Corporation, although the company does not release financial details. The show, which has been on the air for 27 years, draws an average of 6.5 million viewers every night, twice as many as its most popular rival, “Access Hollywood.” And much of its brand is built on credibility.

The producers know how damaging a blunder can be. The show “can never afford to be wrong,” Ms. Bell Blue told the trade publication TV Week in 2004. “If it means we’re not first on a story, then we won’t be first. We make sure it is right.”

But that was before the Internet became a major player in the gossip game. Since then, sites like Time Warner’s TMZ and Yahoo’s OMG have made the format of a half-hour evening show seem sluggish.

Is it possible that Ms. Jolie has indeed given birth and that the news is being withheld for some reason? Yes, but as a person close to her said, when Ms. Jolie’s baby Shiloh was born in 2006, the event was confirmed almost immediately.

Manager denies Jolie birth reports

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are parents to four children.

Brad Pitt's manager has denied reports that Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins in France.

"It's not true. It's a rumour," Pitt's Los Angeles-based talent manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, told Reuters in a statement.

She declined further comment.

However, Entertainment Tonight is standing by its report that Jolie has given birth to twin daughters in France, attributing the story to an unidentified person close to the actress.

"The source says she was inside the delivery room," the program said in its broadcast.

"[The source] tells 'yes, the babies were born' and 'yes, mother and daughters are fine'."

There has been no immediate comment from Jolie's Los Angeles-based manager.

Just two weeks ago, Jolie publicly acknowledged she was pregnant with twins during an interview at the Cannes Film Festival.

Jolie and Pitt already have one biological daughter together, Shiloh. She was delivered by caesarean section a year ago in the southern African nation of Namibia.

The Hollywood couple also are the parents of three adopted children - daughter Zahara, three, from Ethiopia; son Pax, four, from Vietnam; and son Maddox, six, from Cambodia.

Angelina Jolie's marriage plans

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will marry later this month

The Hollywood couple are reportedly planning to tie the knot in a "simple outdoor ceremony" with their friends and family present.

A friend of the pair said: "Angelina and Brad aren't going to do a lot of planning. It will just be a simple outdoor ceremony at Villa Maryland, the home of Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen, in France, where they have been staying while they are house-hunting in the region.

"Angelina wants all the children - Maddox, six, four-year-old Pax, three-year-old Zahara and two-year-old Shiloh - to participate in a celebration of their family. The kids will be central to the blessing. Maddox and Pax have contributed to the vows as well."

Brad's parents - who flew to France earlier this week, again suggesting the couple are planning to marry soon - are said to be "thrilled" Angelina has finally agreed to marry their son.

A source told Britain's Grazia magazine: "Brad's parents are thrilled that she has come round to the idea of a wedding. It took a long time for them to accept Angelina, and she hated that people saw her as the one who stole him from Jennifer Aniston, but all that is ancient history now she's prepared to take the next step."

Angelina is said to be planning to give birth in France, as a tribute to her late French-Canadian mother Marcheline Bertrand.

Angelina's twins joy

Angelina Jolie confirms that she is expecting twins after co-star Jack Black lets her secret slip

Actress Angelina Jolie revealed on GMTV this morning her surprise when Jack Black let slip she was expecting twins!

Asked by Jenni Falconer if Black's comments came as a bit of a shock, Jolie laughingly replied: "Yes it was... it was not planned."

Asked if her kids were looking forward to the new additions, the Tomb Raider star said, "They are, yes...they all understand because they, you know, because of Shiloh, so we've already been through this.

"But now we've got our three-year-old and our four-year-old keep saying that they have animals in their belly!

"So our daughter keeps saying that she's got little piggies and she has to eat brownies because the piggies need to eat brownies. And our 4-year-old thinks, you know, says he's got monkeys. So... it's become fun in the house."

Baby secret

Cheeky Jack Black claimed the slip up wasn't his fault and he thought everyone knew Jolie was having twins!

"I don't even know how I knew that she had twins," said Black. "I thought that everyone knew. I think everyone did know. Wasn't it on the internet she had twins? It just wasn't 'official'...She could have said, 'What? No...no I don't have twins.' So I blame her."

Angelina was then asked if she'd like to reveal anything about Black for revenge. "Oh God, I wish I had the time - I'd think of something really good."

She added. "But the problem with Jack is he's just so out there – he just tells you everything anyway. He doesn't seem to have any real secrets, that's the problem with him. But I'm going to work on that - I'm going to get him back."

Plastic surgery patients want Angelina's lips

Eyes like Katie Holmes, the sultry pout of Angelina Jolie and a body like Jessica Biel make the perfect woman -- at least in the opinion of plastic surgery patients in Beverly Hills.

The specific attributes of the three actresses topped the list of the annual "Hollywood's Hottest Looks" survey released on Thursday by The Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.

According to doctors Richard Fleming and Toby Mayer their clients ask for plastic surgery not to look exactly like a specific star, but to replicate a distinct feature of various celebrity faces and bodies.

The most requested look-alike female nose was that of "Grey's Anatomy" star Katherine Heigl, while British actress Keira Knightley was tops in the cheek department, and Paris Hilton haD the most sought-after skin.

The features most desired by men were Leonardo DiCaprio's nose, soccer player David Beckham's body and the blue eyes of the latest James Bond actor, Daniel Craig. George Clooney's cheeks and Matt Damon's lips also got top billing.

"Our patients continue to turn to Hollywood to raise their standard of beauty," said Fleming. "Our patients want to look rested, energetic and, most of all, youthful like the celebrities they see in glossy magazines."

Angelina Jolie's twin pregnancy

Angelina Jolie is pregnant with twins, it has been claimed.

The 'Beowulf' actress and her lover Brad Pitt discovered the happy news earlier this week and hastily cancelled their planned trip to Europe.

A source told America's Star magazine: "Brad and Angelina are absolutely ecstatic. But I still think there will be more adoptions to come."

Angelina, 32, gave birth to the couple's daughter Shiloh in May 2006 in Namibia.

The star also has three adopted children with Brad - six-year-old Cambodian son Maddox, four-year-old Vietnamese son Pax and three-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara.

Pregnancy rumours first surfaced earlier this month when Angelina refused alcohol at the Critics' Choice Awards and was said to be planning her work schedule around having another baby.

The 'A Mighty Heart' star has previously spoken of her desire to expand her brood, saying: "Brad and I would like to have more kids.

"I've always wanted a big family. And Brad's the same. We are enjoying the children together. They are such big personalities, and it's so exciting to watch them grow up."

Angelina's representative has refused to confirm the pregnancy reports, saying: "I am not commenting on unsubstantiated rumours."

Angelina Jolie's Brad body art

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have got his and hers tattoos.

The couple reportedly got the new body art pieces done during a trip to Chicago this week.

Rather than going to a parlour, Brad and Angelina were visited by a tattoo artist from the Chicago Tattooing Co. at their hotel.

The artist is believed to have spent most of the day completing the work, and members of the couple's staff and security team are also thought to have had pieces done.

A source said: "An artist from the company slipped up to the 18th floor of the Peninsula Hotel. He spent the better part of a day needling Angelina and Brad, and some members of staff and security team."

Chicago Tattooing Co. owner Nick Coletta has refused to confirm whether or not the visit took place.

Angelina is known for her love of body art and the alleged new piece is believed to be her fourteenth.

The 'Tomb Raider' actress' tattoos include a large Asian tiger on her back, a large black cross on her left hip and the words "Know Your Rights" just below her neck.

She recently had a tattoo in honour of where her and Brad's four children were born.

Angelina had four lines of geographical co-ordinates etched onto the top of her left arm, each one representing the map position of Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh's place of origin.

Is Angelina Jolie Pregnant?

Rumours are rife that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may be hearing the patter of tiny feet again because the actress is pregnant. This would be the fifth child in the Brangelina clam but only the second biological child. The couple have three adopted children Maddox, Pax and Zahara. The actress gave birth to the couples first child Shiloh in May 2006.

It is reported that Jolie gave signs of her pregnancy at her son Maddox's birthday party when she kept touching her stomach.

Over recent months Angelina's dramatic weight loss has caused concern amongst her family and caused a great media interest.

But now she has put on weight an insider claims that it is due to her pregnancy.

This is a complete u-turn for the couple who were reportedly on the brink of splitting up after a series of rows, one which ended in Jolie throwing a glass of red wine over Pitt.

Jolie was also reported to be furious with the actor when he pulled out of a family holiday due to work commitments.

The couple began dating in 2005 after they met on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith.

Angelina Jolie's straight sex

Angelina Jolie gave up lesbian and kinky sex after falling for Brad Pitt. The 'A Mighty Heart' actress, who has admitted to having same-sex romps and sadomasochistic experiences in the past, has left her wilder tendencies in the past since settling down with the actor. She revealed: "I've never hidden my bisexuality, but since I've been with Brad, there's no longer a place for that or S+M in my life."

Angelina, who previously dated former Calvin Klein model Jenny Shimizu, insists Brad is entirely comfortable with her racy past.

The 32-year-old screen beauty - who has three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and a biological daughter, Shiloh, with Brad - claims the 'Fight Club' star trusts her 100 per cent and is happy for her to socialise with whoever she wants.

Angelina, whose relationship with Brad is said to be going through a rocky patch, added in an interview with French magazine Public: "He lets me talk to whoever I want. He has complete blind faith in me."

Angelina's ex-lover Jenny previously claimed the pair - who met in 1996 when they played lovers in the movie 'Foxfire' - had visited dominatrix dens together.

She revealed: "I once visited a dominatrix den with Angelina. She loved it!

"We started off visiting strip clubs and there was this tension. After the second week of filming we kissed."

Angelina Jolie's Gwyneth jealously

Angelina Jolie is reportedly furious with Brad Pitt for agreeing to star in a new movie with his former fiancée Gwyneth Paltrow. Brad and Gwyneth - who starred in 'Se7en' together and were once Hollywood's hottest couple - have signed up to appear in new political drama 'Dirty Tricks', and Angelina is said to be seething with jealousy.

A source told Britain's Star magazine: "She hit the roof when she found out. She seems consumed with jealousy.

"Angelina did not want Brad to do the project, but he signed up for it against her wishes. She doesn't think Gwyneth has ever gotten over Brad. She even told him she will go away to France for two months when shooting starts, but Brad just told her, 'Well, if that's how you feel, go ahead.' "

Brad and Angelina, 32, met on the set of action movie 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' and their romance blossomed shortly after Brad split from his then wife Jennifer Aniston.

Gwyneth, 34, once said she regretted splitting from Brad, 43, and admitted she would always only want the best for him.

The Oscar-winning actress is now married to Coldplay rocker Chris Martin. The couple have a three-year-old daughter, Apple, and a 15-month-old son, Moses, together.

Brad and Angelina - whose relationship is allegedly going through a rocky patch - have been together for over two years.

He is father to her three adopted children, Cambodian son Maddox, five, Vietnamese son Pax Thien, three, and two-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara.

The couple also have a 14-month-old biological daughter, Shiloh, together.

Brad Pitt close to splitting?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are on the verge of splitting up, it has been reported.
The couple allegedly got into a heated political debate about their preferred Democrat presidential candidates - Brad supports Barack Obama, while Angelina is backing his rival John Edwards - while on holiday in France which culminated in Angelina hurling a glass of wine over her lover.

A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "They got into a huge fight about politics. Angie was cursing at him and ended up throwing a glass of wine in his face.

"Brad was left standing there with wine dripping down his face onto his clothes before storming off to wash up and change. He says he was absolutely disgusted by Angelina's behaviour."

Brad, 43, and 32-year-old Angelina - who decided to go to France in an attempt to save their rocky relationship - are said to have spent the rest of their trip at "each other's throats".

Things are said to be so bad they have even talked about who will get custody of their children - five-year-old Maddox, three-year-old Pax, two-year-old Zahara and one-year-old Shiloh - if they split.

An insider told In Touch Weekly magazine: "They aren't making each other happy. But they want to put on a show of togetherness for the children. Their romance has fallen apart.

"They've turned into two people staying together for the sake of their kids."

It is believed Angelina would get custody of the kids if they decide to end their relationship.

Angelina Jolie's hero role

Angelina Jolie took on her latest movie role so she could be a hero to her children.

The Oscar-winning actress - who has four children, five-year-old Maddox, three-year-old Pax, two-year-old Zahara and one-year-old Shiloh, with lover Brad Pitt - provides the voice of Tigress in 'Kung Fu Panda'.

She said: "I'm doing 'Kung Fu Panda'. I'm going to be a hero to my children. I'm the tiger and Jackie Chan's in it, so I'm so cool."

Meanwhile, Angelina and Brad and three of their children went bowling with good friend Mariane Pearl and her young son Adam.

The couple are currently holidaying in France and decided to treat the children and Mariane - who Angelina recently portrayed in the movie 'A Mighty Heart' - to an afternoon at the local family fun centre 'Le Palace'.

However, the day almost turned sour when Brad slipped on one of the lanes and hurt his back.

The centre's owner, Patrick Bernard, said: "The children don't have the strength to always get the ball down the lane, because it sometimes stops, so Brad thought he'd go down the lane to push it along. He slipped and fell on his back - hard!

"My wife was disappointed when Brad was OK and she missed her only chance in life to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to Brad Pitt!"

Brad and the three boys - Maddox, Pax and Adam - also played air-hockey, while Angelina and Zahara chatted to Mariane.

Bernard added: "With only two lanes we're certainly the smallest bowling in France, so we're still having trouble realizing we spent Monday afternoon (23.07.07) with the most famous couple in the world."

Before leaving, Angelina and Brad personally thanked the Bernards - speaking a little French - and signed autographs for the couple's 15-year-old daughter.
