Transformers actress Megan Fox stands above all in the reader poll of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2008. Jessica Alba dropped to No. 3 behind Jessica Biel.
Fox, 21, managed to beat out the likes of Scarlett Johansson and Elisha Cuthbert who rounded out the top five.
FHM Online U.S. Editor JR Futrell stated "Fox is the deserving winner of this year's FHM title. She's young, she's hot, she's a rising star and her sex appeal has definitely transformed this year's list."
Britney Spears barely managed to break into the top 100.

There were 23 new entries in the top 100 this year, including soprano Katherine Jenkins at 83 and Kirstie Allsopp at 91.

Megan Fox's haunted England
Megan Fox thought England would be full of haunted castles. The 21-year-old actress is currently shooting the movie adaptation of Toby Young's book 'How To Lose Friends And Alienate People', alongside Simon Pegg and Kirsten Dunst, in London, but admits she had a peculiar idea of what it would be like.
Megan, 21, said: "I had never been to England. I imagined it as having lots of stone cathedrals and cobble-stoned streets, and being cold and foggy.
"And full of mysterious, cool-looking people. I always see this show on our travel channel 'Most Haunted' and I always thought England would be just like that."
The 'Transformers' star has also revealed she is a huge fan of co-star Simon.
Megan - who is engaged to former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star Brian Austin Green - said: "I'm obsessed with 'Shaun of the Dead'. I'm so excited to work with Simon, I've been talking about it forever. 'Hot Fuzz' is genius as well. He's one of my favourite guys."

Megan Fox's Lohan hate
The 'Transformers' beauty made her acting debut in 'Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen' alongside Lindsay but the pair didn't get on, and Megan can't stand comparisons being made between them.Megan, 21, told Arena magazine: ""Lindsay and I were never friends when we starred together. I mean, we were two 16-year-old girls, it's rare for two girls of that age to get along, and we didn't.
"I can't believe people think we're alike?! Ugh!"
The Memphis-born actress has also confessed "she doesn't relate to women" and is obsessed with video games and comic books.
She is also addicted to tattoos, but can't understand why her body art attracts so much attention.
She said: "It's pretty much an obsession. I'm constantly thinking about where the next one will be. People do comment on them in Hollywood all the time, but I'm not going to stop getting them just because it's going to keep me from getting work.
"It is an oddity to have as many tattoos as I have and to be a girl, but it's unfair.
"I mean, Ewan McGregor has a half-sleeve and nobody says anything about that, right?"
