Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have moved into a New York apartment together.
The couple - who have been dating for two years - were spotted carrying clothes and bags into their new Manhattan apartment on Monday (16.02.09).
Justin's mother Lynn Harless confirmed: "The apartment is great. He's loving it!"
The move is the first time Justin and Jessica - who were seen looking at a $2.9 million duplex in the area last October - have officially lived together.
Justin recently showcased the newest collection from his William Rast clothing line at New York Fashion Week, and was incredibly worried about how the clothes would be received.
A source said: "Before the show, Justin seemed really nervous. He'd brought an entire posse with him, including his mom."
The 28-year-old star calmed his nerves by playing some of his own records in backstage DJ booth, but refused to drink any alcohol.
The source added: "He was only drinking water, while his mom and his friends were enjoying celebratory cocktails."
Lindsay, 22, and Sam, 31, cancelled their appearance at Hollywood's Passion nightclub the following evening, citing a sudden bout of flu.
Samantha said: "We really feel bad. I'm stuck in New York City with doctor's orders not to fly. Any reports otherwise are false and unfair."

Justin Timberlake's mystery brunette
Justin Timberlake has been seen flirting with a mystery brunette.
The 'SexyBack' singer - who has been dating actress Jessica Biel since February - spent the whole evening
with the beautiful stranger at a HBO party in New York's Tribeca Grand hotel.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Justin was sitting with a bronze-skinned brunette with long brown
hair all night at a cocktail table near the dance floor.
"They were obviously into each other. It was just the two of them and he had no entourage at all."
Another source revealed: "He is a notorious flirt. He will f**k anything."
Justin's representative declined to comment on the rumours, saying: "I have no comment on his personal life."
Earlier this month, it was reported Justin and Jessica were planning on moving in together.
The couple are planning to start house-hunting once Justin finishes his world tour next month.
However, Justin, 26, and Jessica, 25, are yet to agree on where they should live.
Jessica wants the 'Shrek the Third' star to move into her Los Angeles home so they can be close to the sea,
but Justin is said to be interested in relocating to New York.

Jessica Biel's strip contract
Jessica Biel has agreed to bare her breasts and butt in her new movie.
The 25-year-old sex symbol - who plays a stripper trying to earn money to care for her terminally ill son in 'Powder Blue' - has signed a contract stating she will reveal the specific body parts after initially being reluctant to strip off.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Jessica signed a contract that explicitly details the bare minimum fans will see - including shots of her breasts and butt."
Jessica - who stars alongside Oscar winner Forest Whitaker in the movie - recently confessed she is worried about her dad and brother seeing her naked on screen.
She said: "I definitely worry about how my family would react. You can't help thinking about your dad or brother seeing something.
"I don't have to be fully naked for the movie. I haven't decided exactly about the nudity. It's a tough one. I'm considering it but it's a very scary thing to do.
"It definitely feels vulnerable to be naked in front of anybody, let alone a film crew.
"And it's scary because of the internet - you don't know where it's going to end up. It's a moment that could be exploited."
'The Illusionist' star - who was rated number one in Stuff magazine's 100 Sexiest Women 2007 list - is currently dating pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake.

Jessica Biel's marriage vow
Jessica Biel doesn't want to marry Justin Timberlake. The 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry' actress - who began dating Justin in February shortly after he split from Cameron Diaz - believes marriage is just a piece of "paperwork".
Jessica told Cosmopolitan magazine: "I don't feel the need to settle down right now.
"And if I do meet somebody, I don't feel the need for the paperwork of marriage. For me, a verbal agreement is enough. I don't know if I want to get married."
The 25-year-old actress, who is rumoured to be planning to move in with Justin after his world tour finishes next month, also revealed she hates it when men try and impress her with cheesy chat-up lines.
Jessica, who once starred in hit US TV show '7th Heaven', said: "I don't get approached often. Although I did the other night and it was the worst pick-up line I've ever heard! I was at a concert and this guy came up to me and said, 'I know who you are and I know guys come up and say the worst things to you all the time'. And I'm waiting for the great line and he said, 'Do you remember that one time on '7th Heaven' when you barked like a dog? That was my favourite episode!'
"My friends looked at each other like, 'He totally blew it. He thought we were going to have this moment and he blew it!' "

Jessica Biel's Scrabble date
Jessica Biel has swapped bad boys for Scrabble. The 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry' star - who is currently dating sexy singer Justin Timberlake - is
tired of "mothering" boys who can't be saved and prefers nights in with her girlfriends playing games and drinking wine.
Jessica, 25, told Glamour magazine: "I have done the mothering thing of trying to save a bad boy, but I don't think it works so I stopped.
"When you're in a relationship you always have a moment when you disappear for a while but my friends are great.
"I wouldn't let them get away with it. I will not let some man take my girlfriends away!
"We do a lot of dinner parties and we play board games. I love Scrabble and I also enjoy Apples to Apples,
which is a mindless game where you learn weird things about people - it's really silly and goes well with a glass of wine."
The Hollywood sex symbol also revealed she no longer feels the need to go out partying like her
contemporaries such as Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, because she got it all out of her system at an early age.
Jessica revealed: "I'm such a homebody it's embarrassing. But I feel I went through that phase when I was in my late teens and sneaking into places like everybody does.
"But when I turned 21 I just got over it. Got over the crowds, the expensive drinks and all the people."

Jessica Biel's male attention
Jessica Biel loved being the only female star in her new movie because she got all the male attention. The sexy actress, who is dating pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake, was glad there was no female competition while filming 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry' with Adam Sandler and Kevin James.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: "You definitely get a lot of attention. All of the guys became my 'older brothers' - they picked on me every day! When you're the only girl there's no competition - you're just one of the guys."
Jessica, 25, also revealed she has to think twice before picking her nose in public, because she never knows whether there is a photographer waiting to take her picture.
The beauty said: "It just feels so violating. To walk out of my house in the morning with the dogs, someone's hiding behind the bush with a camera and someone's hiding over there with a camera and there's someone with a video camera and I'm thinking, is my underwear sticking out of my pants? If I reach back there will it look like I'm picking my wedgie? Don't pick your nose - just walk! It's like being stalked - but then fame is something you started yourself."

Itchy Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel could never be a model - because she'd be desperate to scratch herself. The stunning actress, who is dating pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake, hates posing for photo shoots because the poses she has to pull are so uncomfortable.
She told Parade magazine: "It's never nearly as sexy doing it as it appears in a magazine. You're sort of laughing through the photo shoot because it's funny to take yourself so seriously. I could never be a model because you're always standing in an awkward position and your back hurts, and you're wearing heels lying on a rock or in the sand or something. You're like, 'This is weird. I'm uncomfortable. I'm itching. I need to scratch.' "
Jessica has also revealed she is learning to cope with the paparazzi following her every move as she gets more famous.
She explained: "It's definitely difficult and sort of bizarre to deal with. You do really have to just get into a place where you feel Zen about it. You just have to take a deep breath and know that somebody is going to be taking your picture while you're picking up your dry cleaning. You don't understand why somebody cares but they're there. So you just go about your day and ignore them. That's the best way to deal with it."

Jessica Biel's funny man
Jessica Biel is looking for a man with a good sense of humour.
The stunning actress, who is believed to be dating pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake, insists she needs to be with a guy who can make her laugh.
She said in an interview with Parade magazine: "Funny is key - funny, silly, someone who doesn't take themselves seriously, someone who can be ridiculous. That's the most attractive thing in a man."
The 25-year-old actress also insists she doesn't like her sexy onscreen persona and would rather do "funny" love scenes.
Jessica - who starred in the remake of 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre' and 'The Illusionist' - said: "Sexy sexy can be sort of boring. Funny sexy is way more fun and definitely easier because you can be ridiculous. So I would much rather laugh and do a funny sexy scene."
Jessica recently revealed she finds men with stubble "sexy" because it makes them appear more "masculine".
She said: "I'm not so much into a full beard, but a man with a little stubble is sexy, I think. It's very masculine."
