The 27-year-old actress - who faced a backlash from her female fans after she began dating married actor Balthazar Getty - says other girls make her life tough.
She said: "I've been at war, without a doubt. I have really experienced the judgment of women in the past year. It's women who are holding us back. It's women who are judging. I find it sad. We say we want to be on an equal path, but men don't sit around bitching at each other. It's very competitive. There's no sisterhood."
The 'Factory Girl' star - who claims it is her oldest and closest friends who have kept her sane over the last year - also revealed the pressure to constantly look youthful and flawless keep her awake at night.
Sienna, who is reluctant to have plastic surgery, added: "Urgh, the pedestal thing stops me sleeping. Recently, I found myself thinking, 'I'm getting wrinkles. And things are wobbling, I should go to the gym.' Then I was like, 'F**k it!' Actually. It's not where the focus should be right now. Los Angeles is a nightmare for that. Young girls in Hollywood are having pre-emptive Botox. I say, let people be young and then be old. I can't wait to be seen as a woman."

Sienna Miller is desperate to become a mother.
The actress, who recently split from boyfriend Jamie Burke, says she is ready to settle down and have children.
The 25-year-old blonde said in an interview with Vogue magazine: "I'm craving romance in my life. I'm not in the mood for one-night stands, even though it is summer and I should be.
"If I am in a relationship I want it to be grounded and solid. I see my sister, and she has this wonderful marriage and a wonderful husband.
"I've ignored the earthy side of my nature. I'm really grounded and a bit of a hippy. I want to nurture and have children and be quiet."
Sienna also revealed she will love ex-fiancé Jude Law "forever".
The 'Factory Girl' star split from the Hollywood heartthrob after he cheated on her with his children's nanny but she insists she has happy memories of the relationship.
She said: "I was 21 when we got together, it was love. We were both working and travelling and seeing each other, and I'll love him forever.
"We didn't have time to breathe on any level. The stolen moments - getting a curry and sitting in the garden - were bliss.
"I want to grow from that experience. I don't want to repeat patterns or carry baggage."

Actress SIENNA MILLER has hit back at her "sleep around" reputation - insisting the men she is linked with are just friends.
The British beauty, who had a long term romance with Jude Law, has recently been linked with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ and Welsh actor Rhys Ifans - who is staying at her London home.
She fumes, "I always hear things about me and different men. Is my nickname Sleeparound Sienna? I can assure you I’m not. "And Rhys is crashing on my couch - we’re not sleeping together."

The porn star previously singled out Scarlett Johansson to play her in a biopic, but has now said she would be happy if Sienna was cast in the role.
Jenna, 33, said: "I would love Scarlett Johansson to play me. Sienna Miller would be great too. But I also think Rachel McAdams is amazing."
The busty blonde - who has retired from adult films to focus on running her $30 million-a-year ClubJenna empire, the biopic, a comic book and a clothing line - had her breast implants removed earlier this month, and feels more confident without them.
Jenna - who underwent three hours of surgery on August 1 to reduce her breasts from a D-cup to a C-cup - told Us Weekly magazine: "When I had implants, I felt uncomfortable. I would be shy at the beach. I know it sounds funny, but I'd wear high-necked clothes - unless I was at an adult film convention. So I thought, 'Why don't I be who I am and get my real ones back?'
"Even for women with naturally large boobs, getting a reduction is so freeing. I feel like I can stand up straighter. And before, when I jogged, I had to hold my boobs. I looked like I was molesting myself!
"I'm ecstatic about the reduction. The first thing I did when I got home was open my bra. I wasn't supposed to but I did. I was so happy, I cried. It was like looking into the mirror when I was 17.
"I had my surgery while my boyfriend (33-year-old ultimate fighter Tito Ortiz) was entertaining troops in Iraq. He was so excited, he said, 'I'm coming home to brand new boobies.' "

Sienna Miller's Bean romance
Sienna Miller has fallen for her new co-star Sean Bean, it has been reported. The actress, who is said to be smitten with the handsome 'Lord of the Rings' star, recently invited him to spend a romantic evening at her west London home and even cooked Sean a special beef stew.
A source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "She is completely mesmerised by Sean already. She has told friends that she can't help feeling transfixed by his green eyes and loves the fact that he is a real macho man."
Sienna, 25, and Sean, 48, are due to start filming Oscar Wilde's 'A Woman of No Importance' in September.
The 'Layer Cake' actress is said to be phoning Sean constantly and has dismissed the sizeable age gap between them.
The source added: "He is almost twice Sienna's age but she doesn't care about that. She has dated many men of many different ages, so the fact he is a bit older isn't an issue for her. She is hoping to get to know him a lot better."
Sean, who has three children, most recently dated 29-year-old actress Georgina Sutcliffe but the pair are said to have split following a heated row in Los Angeles.
Sean's first marriage to his school sweetheart Debra James ended in the 80s after he moved to London to attend prestigious acting academy RADA. He was married to actress Melanie Hill from 1990 to 1997, during which the couple had two daughters, Molly and Lorna.
He then tied the knot with his 'Sharpe' co-star Abigail Cruttenden and had a daughter Evie Natasha. The pair divorced in 2000.
Sienna has previously dated Jude Law and Daniel Craig, and was most recently romantically linked to rapper P. Diddy.
Her publicist has denied Sienna is dating Sean, insisting the reports are "categorically untrue".

Sienna Miller's marriage wish
Sienna Miller is desperate to get married and have children. The 25-year-old 'Edge of Love' actress, whose father Ed Miller walked out on her mother Jo when Sienna was just six, says her parents' divorce makes her "crave" a stable family of her own. Sienna, who was engaged to actor Jude Law when she was 22, said: "When my sister Savannah was 24 she felt like she had been left on the shelf. And now I am 25 and I have nobody.
"If you have divorced parents, you always crave the family environment you didn't have. We're a close family, but not a nuclear family."
Sienna's father now lives in the British Virgin Islands with his third wife, while her mother has always been a hit with the opposite sex.

The 'Factory Girl' star shot to fame when she began dating the handsome actor in 2004 and insists the press attention got out of control.
Sienna told Britain's OK! magazine: "I was well known before I'd had a film released. And I was part of a soap opera that people felt very involved in, and then certain dramas happened, so my life became a sitcom."
Sienna - who split from Jude after he had an affair with his children's nanny - insists her life is a lot more settled now, despite her photo regularly appearing in the newspapers.
The 25-year-old former model said: "My life is actually relatively uneventful! It's just that if I go out one night a month, which is all it might be, it'll be made into such a drama - or they'll get you half-blinking and say you're drunk.
