Kate Hudson has a stripper pole in her bathroom.
The 'Bride Wars' star recently had the sexy apparatus installed in her home and has already mastered a series of body-bending moves.
A friend said: "She's so proud of it. She was laughing and giddy like a kid when the thing was installed! She holds on with both her arms and flips her legs into the air. It's kind of amazing and totally sexy."
The 29-year-old actress has not always had a smooth ride with her erotic hobby.
While pole-dancing in 2006 for her then-husband, Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, Kate pulled leg muscle and suffered friction burns on her arm.
The blonde beauty recently sparked romance rumours after visiting ex-boyfriend Owen Wilson "religiously".
Kate, who has dated the actor on and off since 2006, has been spotted at Owen's Malibu home several times in the past two weeks.

Kate Hudson's love ride

Kate Hudson accompanied rumoured boyfriend Lance Armstrong to Canada at the weekend for a charity bike ride.
The 'Fool's Gold' actress and the cycling champion - who reportedly began dating last month - travelled to Ontario where Lance
was joined by 40 local residents for the 117-kilometre race to help raise over $1 million on Saturday (14.06.08).
The Ride With Lance event was held to benefit cancer research at two hospitals, Grand River Hospital in Kitchener and
Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.
Before the race, Kate and Lance - who has battled testicular cancer in the past - spent a romantic few days together.
They had a mini vacation in Muskoka where Kate's mother, Goldie Hawn, has a cabin.
On Friday (13.06.08), Kate took her four-year-old son Ryder out for lunch and ice cream in the trendy Toronto Yorkville
shopping district and was also spotted with Lance's children, Luke, eight, and six-year-old twin girls Grace and Isabelle, while
he prepared for the race.
Later that night, the couple were seen canoodling in the lobby of their hotel.
An onlooker said: "He was laughing and she was laughing and they put their arms around each other. It was sweet."
After Saturday's race, the actress joined Lance for a gala dinner at a country estate where they happily posed for photos.

Kate Hudson's love distraction
Kate Hudson is allegedly so smitten with new love Dax Shepard she has little time to see her son. The 'Skeleton Key' star's ex-husband, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, is said to be delighted about her new romance because it means he can see more of their three-year-old son Ryder.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Dax is basically living at her house right now. The rest of her family is a little annoyed.
"Chris is thrilled because now he can have Ryder whenever he wants. Kate gets a little more distracted when new men come into her life."
Kate's representative, Brad Cafarelli, has denied the actress is neglecting Ryder because of her new romance, saying: "None of what you're speculating here is accurate."
Kate split from Chris a year ago, shortly after starring with Owen Wilson in romantic comedy 'You, Me and Dupree'.
While both Kate and Owen denied they were having an affair while filming the movie, they began dating and went public with their relationship in April.
They split in June amid rumours Kate was unhappy with Owen's lack of commitment.
The 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days' actress began dating Dax, 32, last month.

Kate Needs A Date
Eligible bachelors, listen up. Kate Hudson is talking about dating. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Kate has chatted about facing the dating scene as a single mum. Kate told the mag: "Dating becomes very different. "You realise after you have had children that you'll never love anything more than your child. So it makes the new sort of single-mom-dating process very different." She and ex-hubby Chris Robinson have a three-year-old son, Ryder.
She said that divorce is "really, really hard".
She continued: "For both Chris and me, our main focus is and was Ryder... Happy parents, happy baby.
"Therefore, I love Chris to pieces."
She went on: "He's my first huge love. I spent seven years with Chris. I was 20 when I met him. We still talk everyday. He still cracks me up. And Ryder feels that."
So, will she ever get married again?
Kate tells the mag: "I don't know. I checked that off my list of to-dos. And I can check off divorce.
"The idea of marriage, I realise now, no longer holds the answer to anything."
She also revealed she'd like to have more kids, and says her dream is to have four.
Is there anyone special in her life?
Well, she has been linked to Owen Wilson in the past, but neither ever confirmed the relationship.
The rumour mill has, of late, linked her to actor Dax Shepard, but they could just be friends...
Sadly, Kate hasn't yet spilled the beans on him.

Kate Hudson Denies Dex Shepard Romance

Actress Kate Hudson has denied reports that she is dating U.S.comedian Dax Shepard. Hudson has been single since splitting from her You, Me & Dupree co-star Owen Wilson in May (07) and is currently in the process of divorcing rocker husband Chris Robinson.
When the Almost Famous beauty and Shepard were spotted trying to leave a Malibu, California eaterie earlier this month (Jul07), the Employee Of The Month funnyman removed his shirt in a bid to hide Hudson's face.
However, her representative insists the pair were dining with a group of people and their relationship is strictly platonic.
Her spokesperson says, "It wasn't a date. Just a group of friends having dinner and some fun."
Hudson married her ex husband Chris Robinson in 2000 and the couple have a son Ryder Russell Robinson.
In August 2006 the couple split citing irreconcilable differences. She began an on-off relationship with You Me and Dupree co-star Owen Wilson but that ended in June this year.
