Britney Spears' comeback single 'Gimme More' debuted on a New York radio station's website last night (30.08.07).
Just minutes after the track was leaked on several US gossip sites, the racy dance track was given its official unveiling on Z-100's website.
Britney opens the track declaring "It's Britney, b***h" before launching into her trademark breathy vocals over a catchy beat.
The song is extremely sexual with very feisty lyrics and ends with producer Nate 'Danjahandz' Hills saying, "Bet you didn't see this coming."
Britney - due to make an attention-grabbing comeback performance when she opens the MTV Video Music Awards on September 9 - is expected to release her fifth studio album next month.
Singer-songwriter Ne-Yo - who worked with Britney on several tracks for her comeback album - said: "She's got to remind people why they love her in the first place. She's got to get their minds off her personal life and back on the music.
"I think it's possible she can make a comeback. I heard a lot of the music. I definitely think she can do it."
Britney is scheduled to host the opening of LAX nightclub in Las Vegas tonight (31.08.07). It is not yet known if she plans to perform at the event.

The actress' new bob wowed editors at Life and Style, who agreed Tom Cruise's stylish wife has the best look, which "shows off her cheekbones".
Paltrow's "straight style" won her second place, ahead of Posh Spice Beckham, whose chic cut has sparked a new Hollywood fashion trend.

Teen actress HAYDEN PANETTIERE reduced her mother to tears when she got a tattoo without her permission.
The sexy 18-year-old Heroes star only got the etching done a year ago and kept it hidden from her parent.
She says, "It's a Leo symbol on my ankle. My mom didn't see it for ages."
The tattoo didn't remain a secret for a long as an acting job intervened, revealing the hidden body art.
She continues: "Then, I was being body-scanned for a special effect on Heroes.
"And she saw it, tried to rub it off and suddenly I realised. Her eyes welled up."
Rihanna's Umbrella love
Rihanna still isn't sick of her song 'Umbrella'.
The track - the first single from her latest album 'Good Girl Gone Bad' - was a worldwide hit and despite being constantly played on TV and the radio, Rihanna still loves hearing it.
She told BANG Showbiz: "I can still listen to it, and do all the time. I love playing it live. I can't wait to get to the end of the show so I can sing it."
Rihanna previously revealed she battled Mary J. Blige to get to record 'Umbrella'.
The stunning star loved the song as soon as she heard it but was devastated when she heard Blige wanted it as well.
So, Rihanna used all her charms to convince the songwriters to give it to her.
She revealed: "Any songwriter would die for Mary to sing one of their songs. So I just prayed that I got it. It was perfect for me - it had a West Indian groove.
"When I saw one of the songwriters at the Grammy Awards, I went up to him and said, 'Listen, 'Umbrella' is my song.'
"He must have thought I was really pushy and laughed it off. But I held his face and I turned it back to my own, 'No, I'm serious, I need 'Umbrella'!' "
Britney Spears Hits Back at Keira Knightley Underwear
Britney Spears has hit back at actress Keira Knightley for slamming her infamous flashing underwear incident.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star branded Spears a "slut" after she was photographed flashing her underwear earlier this year (07).
But the singer laughed off the comments, adding, "Who's Keira Knightley? I guess she must need the publicity".
Kate Moss' new Pete
Kate Moss shared a passionate kiss with a mystery man at the weekend.
The supermodel, who reportedly rekindled her tempestuous relationship with rocker Pete Doherty last month, was seen canoodling with a "Pete look-alike" in a north London pub on Saturday (01.09.07).
A source said: "Kate and her man ran giggling into a pub. They sat in the pub's garden and had a few drinks and some food. At one point they shared a very passionate kiss. After an hour they were picked up in a blacked-out Mini and driven away."
Kate, 33, split from Pete in June after he reportedly spent the night with South African model Lindi Hingston.
However, the pair were said to have rekindled their romance last month, after spending five nights together at London's exclusive Claridge's hotel.

"It's not me, it's make-up!" - Keira Knightley
Actress Keira Knightley admits that her all time gorgeous looking face is the result of airbrushing and make up.
According to Radio Times, the 22-year-old insisted that fans should not be obsessed with her looks.
"Somebody goes, 'Gosh, you're pretty.' Thanks. I've got good genes! OK, I'm on the cover of a magazine but somebody else does the hair, and the make-up, and airbrushes the f*** out of me - it's not me, it's something other people have created,” the Telegraph quoted Knightley, as saying.
The actress also revealed that she was frightened seeing kids captivated by fame.
"It frightens me when kids go 'I want to be famous'," she told the Radio Times.
"Why? Because you can get into a restaurant? You know what? If you book, you can get into a restaurant! 'I want to be rich and famous.' Go and work on the stock market,” she said.
Meanwhile, the Oscar nominated actress agreed with critics who said her acting in debut film ‘Bend It Like Beckham’ was bad.
"I completely agreed on every level. I didn't go to drama school, so I didn't get the training. It was difficult to get over that: 'What am I doing? I'm pretending that I can do this and everybody's telling me I can't',” she said.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Accused of Child Abuse
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's custody battle is heating up - an allegation of child abuse is to be investigated.
Legal sources tell website tmz Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan filed legal papers on Monday (27Aug07), which mentions a investigation by the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) concerning the parenting to Sean Preston, 23 months; and Jayden James, 11 months.
It is reported that the court files allege the children have poor dental hygiene and bad eating and sleeping habits.
An anonymous complaint about either Federline or Spears was reportedly filed with the DCFS in 2 July (07), but was not followed up with an investigation.
Last year (06) the couple were investigated twice by the DCFS after Spears was photographed driving with Sean Preston on her lap and then two months later when the tot fell out of his high chair at their Malibu, California home.
U.S. TV show Access Hollywood said the child abuse allegations have become the primary matter in the couple's custody battle.
The couple's divorce was finalised last month (Jul07) with both parties agreeing to joint custody of the boys. However, Federline is now seeking full custody following Spears' recent erratic behaviour.
Madonna's Mercy adoption
Madonna is set to adopt a girl from Malawi.
The 'Hung Up' singer, who currently in the process of adopting 23-month-old Malawi boy David Banda, will be able to take home 13-month-old Mercy next April.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Madonna is ecstatic she has been told she can take Mercy. She didn't want another complicated adoption. Mercy is a beautiful baby girl. She is so joyful and happy and giggles every time she is picked up. Madonna just loves the way she claps her hands and laughs constantly. She has huge eyes. Madonna calls her her smiling angel."
Madonna - who also has a 10-year-old daughter, Lourdes, and seven-year-old son, Rocco - decided to adopt another child from the African nation for David, "to redress the balance" in her family.
Malawi officials asked Madonna and her husband Guy Richie to meet 10 girls before a final decision was made.
The 49-year-old singer bonded with Mercy and three other girls, Jessica, Fanizio and Grace at the Kondanani Orphan Care Centre last October.
Madonna reportedly had her heart set on Grace, but the child's extended family objected.
Mercy has an aunt and other family members, but they are too poor to look after her, so they were forced to send her to an orphanage.
Madonna will file adoption papers in February and has told her lawyer in Malawi, Alan Chinula, to "cover all legal bases" to ensure the adoption goes smoothly.
Her adoption of David sparked controversy after it was revealed the boy's father, Yohane Banda, was still alive. Some critics of her adoption claimed Madonna's case was fast tracked because of her celebrity status.
The star will be visited by a Malawi court-appointed official next month to assess whether she and Guy are suitable parents for David.
Malawi official Penstone Kilembe - who had previously been refused permission to travel to Britain - announced on Monday (27.08.07):
"There has been a change of mind by my government minister and she has allowed me to leave for the UK on September 4 and I am expected to spend two weeks."
Madonna's spokeswoman declined to comment about her client's latest adoption.

Britney Spears' new single could debut next week.
The new track is not the recently leaked ballad, 'Baby Boy', but an up-tempo dance track called 'Gimme More' produced by Timbaland protégé Nate 'Danjahandz' Hills.
A source, who claims the song will be released in September, said: "People are going to love this new track. It is a whole new funky dance sound."
'Gimme More' was the reported working title of the music video Britney filmed in July.
Another source who has heard the track said: "This is going to be a huge hit. Britney will come back with a bang."
Insiders say Britney already has "more than enough material" for her fifth studio album, and is planning to surprise fans with a comeback by releasing it this autumn with no promotional build-up.
Britney - who is currently facing a bitter custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline for sons Sean Preston, 23-months, and Jayden James, 11-months - also worked with other producers, including J.R. Rotem, on her new material.
A third source revealed: "The album still has no official title or release date and is being kept top-secret. But Britney is planning to shock everyone by letting it hit the shelves this autumn."
Lily Allen goes to pot
Lily Allen has been pictured smoking what appears to be a cannabis joint.
The 'Smile' singer was photographed at London's world famous Notting Hill Carnival on Monday (27.08.07) tooting on a large hand-rolled cigarette, similar in shape to a marijuana 'spliff'.
Shortly after the picture was taken, Lily - who had been drinking heavily for most of the day - passed out on the pavement outside The Cow pub and had to be helped to her unsteady feet by restaurant staff from Rosa's Dining Room.
After drinking several pints of water and strong coffee to sober up, the pop star was put by staff in a taxi which took her to her north London home.
A source said: "She was really getting into the spirit of the occasion hen she stumbled and didn't get back up.
"People were crowding around and taking pictures of her until the staff came to her rescue. They took her inside the restaurant to stop everyone staring at her."
Earlier in the day, Lily suffered further embarrassment when she had a pint of Guinness poured over her head.
The diminutive star jumped on stage during a performance by reggae star Bobby Kray and pushed him off stage so she could sing herself.
Bobby retaliated by throwing the stout drink over her, much to the delight of the jeering crowd, leaving Lily to sulk at the side of the stage.
Paris Hilton's hockey disgust
Paris Hilton was left disgusted by a New York Rangers hockey player last Saturday (25.08.07) after he wouldn't stop hitting on her.
Sean Avery has just split from his fiancée, '24' star Elisha Cuthbert, a close friend of Paris', and was keen to try his luck with the hotel heiress at Amy Sacco's LG House party in Malibu.
A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "He hit on her three times, but every time, Paris would give him disgusted looks and move away from his creepy shoulder-brushing and close-talking ways.
"Then he tried hitting on other blondes. You could tell he just wanted to hook up."
Also at the party were Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter Rumer Willis and Jessica Simpson.
Jessica left one waitress at the party very happy after giving her a whopping $100 tip.
Rihanna dating Shia
Rihanna is dating Shia LaBeouf, it has been reported.
The 'Umbrella' singer is said to be smitten with Shia - who is currently filming the fourth 'Indiana Jones' movie with Harrison Ford - and the couple are believed to have been an item for a couple of months.
A source is quoted by online gossip columnist Perez Hilton as saying: "Shia and Rihanna are officially a couple. It's the talk of the 'Indiana Jones' set."
The couple, who are said to be taking things slowly, were seen having a romantic meal in Beverly Hills restaurant Kate Mantilini on Tuesday (28.08.07).
Rihanna is reportedly planning to make her first public appearance with the 'Transformers' actor at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas later this month.

Diaz and Timberlake get cosy in Paris
Superstar lovers Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have been spotted making a getaway in the city of love 'Paris,' putting rift rumours to rest once and for all.
According to the Sun, Diaz appeared like a tennis smasher in little white shorts and matching top as she left the hotel in her boyfriend's company.
The couple were enjoying a short break together, before Timberlake gets busy promoting first single SexyBack, which is out in May(06), and new album FutureSex/LoveSounds.
Earlier reports, and the gossip bloggers suggested that the singer had dumped his longtime gal Cameron, 33, as he prepared to release a new album and go on a world tour trouble-free.
Sienna Miller's baby wish
Sienna Miller is desperate to become a mother.
The actress, who recently split from boyfriend Jamie Burke, says she is ready to settle down and have children.
The 25-year-old blonde said in an interview with Vogue magazine: "I'm craving romance in my life. I'm not in the mood for one-night stands, even though it is summer and I should be.
"If I am in a relationship I want it to be grounded and solid. I see my sister, and she has this wonderful marriage and a wonderful husband.
